How to Foam Roll the Traps
This video shows how to foam roll the traps. The traps are an important group of muscles to foam roll, especially for those of you whom experience a lot of stress, tension headaches, and or sit throughout the day at a computer. Upper trap tension is probably one of the most common areas people experience tension and the results of the tension can cause neck, mid back AND shoulder issues due to where the traps are located and where they attach.
