If they have been inactive for months or years, it is never a surprise to me that this is the case simply because the average person is not suitable to begin an exercise routine that isn’t focused initially on stability and mobility. People see IG models demonstrate exercises and giving workout advice without taking into consideration that their viewers are most likely not suitable to perform those exercises. So the viewer, wanting to get started with exercise, will try what they see on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook and will end up most likely hurting themselves.
